Online registration is now available for students returning to Sherman ISD in the 2026-27 school year, as well as for those enrolling in our schools for the first time. This process is required annually.
Families are encouraged to complete online registration as soon as possible to support effective planning for the new school year. Early registration helps SISD ensure the right staffing and support across our schools.
The first day of school is Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Find our school supply lists, information on required vaccines and more by visiting our back-to-school webpage.
Returning Students
Including Current Pre-Kindergarten Students
Log in to the SISD registration portal using your existing user ID and password. You can use the buttons on the form to recover your user ID and password if needed. Remember to utilize a computer, such as your student’s school-issued Chromebook, to complete the registration form rather than a mobile device.
This year, families of returning students may upload proof of residency and any updated immunization records via the online registration form.

New Students
Including Incoming Kindergartners Attending SISD for the First Time
Parents and guardians who have never had students attend Sherman ISD schools need to create a new account to register their student for the upcoming school year. If you have a child currently enrolled in Sherman ISD or who has previously attended SISD schools, you have an existing account and may utilize that account to enroll your new student.
Return required documents for new students to the campus.
Pre-K, Head Start and Early Head Start
It's not too late to apply for Pre-K, Head Start and Early Head Start in the 2026-27 school year! To begin, families must first complete the online registration form(s). All families must complete Sherman ISD registration. Families applying for Head Start or Early Head Start must also complete the Region 10 application. Once online registration is completed, families must provide proof of eligibility in-person.

Each SISD campus can help with the online registration form or provide access to a computer if needed. Please contact your child's school to schedule a time to drop by or make plans to visit a secondary campus this summer on one of the following dates.
